A Short Very Brief History Of Halo And Some Halo Video Game Shirts

 

 

 

Halo

was more than just a game when it was released. It was the landmark game for the new Xbox console from Microsoft. Halo was the game that was to show the world the technological capabilities of the Xbox and that it was a serious contender in the console wars.

Halo went on to become a huge hit all over the world and helped establish Microsoft as a serious contender in the world of consoles. Now this article is not about licking Microsoft’s ass, they are plenty of people out there doing that. I am simple stating a few facts regarding the importance of Halo to Microsoft and particularly the Xbox.

 

Halo is a first person shooter with a science fiction story which there is no point going into now as it must be something you all know. There have been 3 main games, with a number of spin off games as well as novels and graphic novels. The latest game to be released was a prequel to the original trilogy.

 

There has been talk of a film based on Halo, but these days that is hardly news and any game and his dog seems to be talking about creating a film based on a game. The project collapsed a few years ago. At the time of writing, Microsoft has the rights to the film which no one has picked up yet. Out of all the game titles that are being talked about as movies, I think Halo has the strongest chance of being the best of them due to its strong story and characters.

 

There have been seven short Japanese anime titles produced and released collectively as a compilation called Halo Legends . The basis for the Halo Legends is the original graphic novel that was produced.

 

Now the reason we are talking about Halo , is that they are some of my favourite video game shirts. There has been a lot of merchandise produced over the years, and a lot of the good merchandise has been the video game shirts. They all have good vibrant designs printed on quality t shirts.
