Sgt. James Heller has the ability to shape ship into other characters and take on their memories. The plot of the game  is  easy to follow as Heller plans to kill Mercer as he blames blames Mercer for the death of his family at the hands of the Blacklight virus. 

It has taken three years in development to fully realise the game. Radical Entertainment has developed the game and Activision have released Prototype 2.
